Born in Miami and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, RaSean Parks brings Southern rap and neo-soul into the same conversation. His musical identity draws from the richness of 1970s Black music and an adventurous approach to lyrical rap, connecting soulful influences with a distinctly Southern point of view.
His catalog includes “Black Venus,” “Brown Liquor Sookie,” “Anyone Can Get It,” “Long Road” and “Moon Song.” Together, these releases offer an introduction to an artist whose work places soul and lyricism at the center.
